PathoPlant® is a database on plant-pathogen interactions and components of signal transduction pathways related to plant pathogenesis. PathoPlant® also harbors gene expression data from Arabidopsis thaliana microarray experiments to enable searching for specific genes regulated upon pathogen infection or elicitor treatment.
